My name is Karen Sandel and I am the owner of Carillon Beach Rentals and a full-time resident. Living here for over 12 years with my husband, Martin Sandel, has been a blessing. In 2014, I founded Carillon Beach Rentals in 2014, growing it into the brand that today makes your beach vacation dreams come true.
In 2024, the next generation joined Carillon Beach Rentals when my daughter, Rachel Morse, my son-in-law, Eric Morse, and their three girls moved from Chicago to join the team!
Rachel spent 16 years as a high-powered trial lawyer in Chicago, where she honed her skills in business management and negotiations. She’s a chip off the block, and I couldn’t be happier that she’s bringing her talent, friendship, and beautiful family to the team.
Eric most recently served as the Director of Communications at The Moody Church in Chicago, where he managed this historic mega-church’s messaging to its congregation and its marketing outreach to the city. Prior to working at the church, he had an interesting background in international relations and national security.
