What is your cancellation policy?

If Renter cancels reservation on or before 60 days prior to Arrival Date, the Advance Rent Deposit shall be returned to Renter minus a $200 processing fee. Should Renter wish to cancel reservation 59 days or less prior to arrival, all rental deposits and payments made to the date of cancellation shall be forfeited.  To protect against cancellations caused by certain unforeseen events, such as illness, death, natural disasters, etc., we strongly recommend that all guests purchase Travel Insurance to afford an opportunity for refund of deposits paid and reimbursement of other losses/expenses. 

What is your COVID-19 cancellation policy?

If the Renter’s home state allows for travel, the state of Florida allows short-term renters, and the beach of Panama City Beach remains open, the Cancellation Policy above applies. If any of the three conditions are not met, a full refund will be given. 

What is your cleaning protocol?

Each one of our homes are cleaned by a carefully trained and dedicated crew. We do not use an outside source. They know each home assigned and use CDC approved products during their thorough cleaning process.

What amenities does the Carillon Beach Community include?

Carillon Beach is a sequestured, gated, Gulf-front community  which enjoys 3900 feet of uncrowded, white, sugary-sand beaches. Amenities include 3 community pools: Bellview Park, Beach Club Pool (located on the Gulf of Mexico), and the East Pool. There are tennis courts, full basketball court, children’s play area and multiple large green spaces for play. This is a ‘Mayberry USA’ beach community where lasting memories are created.

What amenities can guests expect at the rental home?

In addition to kitchen furnishings, and linens, each vacation beach rental has a pack n’ play and beach towels. Please see the house page for more details. 

Where are the best rentals at Carillon Beach?

Carillon Beach Rentals has so many types of rentals that the answer really depends on your preference. The beach is close to all of them. This is a walking/biking community so Carillon Beach  Rentals has you covered. Please call us for assistance.

Do all of the homes have access to Carillon Beach?

Yes, and there are eight community walk-overs to the beach so one will be close to your rental home.

Do beach chairs come with the rentals?

Yes, they are included from March until October. You may also rent more from the beach attendants.

Is Carillon Beach near 30A and Rosemary Beach?

Yes, Carillon Beach Rentals is just east of 30A along the Emerald Coast. For reference, Rosemary Beach is a short 2-3 mile bike ride from downtown Carillon Beach. If you enjoy the 30A area, but are looking for a “quiet neighborhood”,  Carillon Beach is the perfect place for you to rent your vacation home.

Does every home have a washer/dryer?

Yes, each has a washer & dryer, as well as, fully stocked kitchen-wear and kitchen appliances.

What security is there at Carillon Beach?

Security is of prime importance at Carillon Beach. In addition to the manned entrance gate that monitors and controls access for all vehicular traffic, Carillon also employs licensed security officers to patrol the grounds to insure the safety of our guests. 

Is there a fee to park in Carillon Beach?

The Carillon Beach HOA has implemented a QR code entrance procedure for renters at the main entrance. All vehicles must register and pay a $35/vehicle parking fee to enter Carillon Beach. Upon registration, you will receive a QR code that you will use at the entrance scanner. The registration fee is good for the duration of your stay. If you have guests visiting you during your stay, contact us for help in facilitating a free 24-hour day pass.

Do you offer payment plans?

Yes, please contact us to arrange a payment plan for your reservation. This is a good option for booking your next stay ahead of time.

What amenities are provided with the rental?

An initial supply of paper products, trash liners, bathroom tissue, and soap is provided. Beach and bath towels are also provided for our guests. Refills, as required, are the responsibility of Renter. An inventory of the number and quality of linens is recorded before and after departure of each guest.  Household linens are not to be removed from the Property.
