The adjoining upstairs living room serves as a perfect retreat for games and relaxation, complete with a desk for those who need to catch up on remote work or schooling.
To make your stay even more enjoyable, the home is equipped with a washer and dryer on each floor, so beach towels and swimsuits are always fresh and ready. With central air conditioning and a ceiling fan in each bedroom, everyone can customize their comfort level for a perfect night’s sleep.
As part of your stay, you’ll have access to three shared pools, a tennis court, and an outdoor shower. And when it’s time to hit the beach, you’ll find the walkover just a short stroll away, making this lakeside home the ultimate destination for a fun-filled beach vacation.
“Fish & Whistle” is located in the sequestered gated community of Carillon Beach on the Gulf of Mexico, which enjoys 3900 feet of uncrowded, white, sugary-sand beaches. Amenities include 3 community pools: Bellview Park, Beach Club Pool (located on the Gulf of Mexico), and East Pool. There are tennis/pickle ball courts, full basketball court, children's play area and large green spaces. This is a walking, biking, golf cart community with cafe, exercise club, general store, and Baliage salon and spa. In addition to the manned entrance gate, Carillon also employs licensed security officers who patrol the grounds to ensure the safety of our guests. Carillon Beach is a 'Mayberry USA' beach community where lasting, even generational, memories are created. Also, Carillon Beach is a disability friendly community with a wheelchair lift to the main pool area and a handicapped accessible ramp from the pool to the beach. The upscale shopping and restaurants of Rosemary Beach and 30A are only a 3-minute drive away.

PARKING POLICY: 5 vehicles maximum. One Vehicle or Golf Cart may be in the gravel area in front of the home. Charging the golf cart must take place in the driveway.
GUARD GATE ENTRANCE PROCEDURE AND HOA PARKING POLICY: The Carillon Beach HOA has implemented a QR code entrance procedure for renters at the main entrance. All vehicles must register and pay a $35/vehicle gate entrance fee to enter Carillon Beach.
