Location, Location, Location. This is a great oversized guesthouse just steps away from the east side swimming pool and two beach walkovers. Think of it as a wonderful place to enjoy as the perfect getaway for weekends or longer. This charmer has 2 bedrooms, 2-1/2 baths, and lots of deck and porch space. Don't miss this one.

We ARE Carillon Beach Rentals. Not only do we offer a select collection of high-end Carillon homes for vacation rental, but we also reside full-time in Carillon Beach. Living within the community uniquely enables us to quickly respond to unanticipated issues arising during your stay. **One set of beach chairs (2 loungers), pads and one umbrella are provided daily at walk-over #8 (March 1 - Oct 31). Beach towels are provided for our guests.

Fun in the Sun is located in the sequestered gated community of Carillon Beach on the Gulf of Mexico, which enjoys 3900 feet of uncrowded, white, sugary-sand beaches. Amenities include 3 community pools: Bellview Park, Beach Club Pool (located on the Gulf of Mexico), and East Pool. There are tennis/pickle ball courts, full basketball court, children's play area and large green spaces. This is a walking, biking, golf cart community with cafe, exercise club, general store, and Baliage salon and spa. In addition to the manned entrance gate, Carillon also employs licensed security officers who patrol the grounds to ensure the safety of our guests. Carillon Beach is a 'Mayberry USA' beach community where lasting, even generational, memories are created. Also, Carillon Beach is a disability friendly community with a wheelchair lift to the main pool area and a handicapped accessible ramp from the pool to the beach. The upscale shopping and restaurants of Rosemary Beach and 30A are only a 3-minute drive away.

PARKING POLICY: 2 vehicles and 1 golf cart. Maximum of one Vehicle or Golf Cart in the gravel area to be parked in front of a home, in the gravel. NO Golf Cart Charging of a cart that is parked on any gravel area. Charging must take place in the driveway.

GUARD GATE ENTRANCE PROCEDURE AND HOA PARKING POLICY: The Carillon Beach HOA has implemented a QR code entrance procedure for renters at the main entrance. All vehicles must register and pay a $35/vehicle parking fee to enter Carillon Beach. Upon registration, you will receive a QR code that you will use at the entrance scanner.

NOTE: YOU WILL NOT BE CONFIRMED OR COMMITTED UNTIL SPEAKING WITH THE MGR. PERSONALLY TO ASSURE THAT THIS IS THE RIGHT HOME FOR YOU.

This is a family vacation home. WE DO NOT RENT TO VACATIONING GROUPS OF STUDENTS OR SINGLES. Pets considered on request.

"The staff was extremely helpful and did everything and more to help make our stay an incredible one. The beach is just a couple hundred feet away as well as the pool. I like that it is a gated community and peaceful. We were obsessed with Our Little Beach Cafe! The food was very good! The promenade and other surroundings were pretty, too. The house was cozy and perfect for our family of three. We loved having reserved beach chairs and the beach was not crowded. Highly recommend!!!

"Very clean and in good condition. Cooking utensils also clean. We found everything we needed for meal prep which was great. Nice location. Downstairs half bath was really nice to have.

"This was our first time to Carillon Beach, and we were thoroughly impressed with this little gated beach community. Everyone was so friendly and respectful. I loved how easy it was to get to the beach, and each of the pools were amazing. We brought our 9 yr old daughter, and each day she had nice kids to play with.
The house itself was quaint and very efficient. The appliances were updated and in nice condition.
The neighbors next door were so kind and welcoming.

"This is our 4th time staying in Carillon and first time at Fun in the Sun. The house was great for our small family of 4. Cute kitchen with everything you need. Love the proximity to one of the pools and the beach! If I could improve upon something it would be to add a shade on the back door for privacy since the house is right along side a busy road. The mattresses are hard/firm. I ended up sleeping on the couch. Would not recommend for older couples. My mom is 69 and she kept missing the last step of the stairs causing her to fall. The stairs are steep! Overall a great experience.

"This vacation was exceptional for our family, and everything from booking the rental to checking out was perfect! Our property manager, Karen, went above and beyond to accommodate us. Her first phone call was the same day I booked our rental. She was very thorough regarding the rental process, details of our rental home, and recommendations for golf cart rentals. We scheduled a grocery delivery we thought we might miss due to traffic, and she offered to take care of it without hesitation. She also hand-delivered a broom to our house when we couldn't find one. The house was the perfect size for our family and was spectacularly clean when we arrived. It was stocked with everything needed for the beach and more! We will be booking again!!

"For the two of us, this was a great property. The manager was very helpful and quickly helped with any question or need. The only recommendation for owners would be to put a shade or black out curtain on the glass backdoor.
