This newer 2800 sqft open-concept beach home has everything you want in a vacation home. With 4 bedrooms, three featuring king beds plus a large bunk room with 2 queen bunks and two regular beds, there is ample space for your crew to spread out. The upper level also boasts a second living area for relaxing, or just watching TV.

In addition to the interior space there are three oversized porches, including a large entertainment area off the rear of the home. This veranda, abutting a quiet nature preserve, offers two grills, a wet bar and a separate seating/dining area. The beach walk-over is just around the corner and up a few houses. In the other direction, just down the street, is Bellview Park which offers a community swimming pool--one of three in Carillon- (and baby pool) as well as tennis courts, pickleball, full court basketball arena, grassy lawn, playhouse and swings. Golf cart rentals, while not necessary, are available in Carillon Beach from a designated rental company, but the number of permitted rentals is limited for safety reasons.

Walk-over #1 is where you will find two sets of complementary beach chairs (4 chairs) and pads with two umbrellas (March 1 - Oct 31).

Guest House is located in the sequestered gated community of Carillon Beach on the Gulf of Mexico, which enjoys 3900 feet of uncrowded, white, sugary-sand beaches. Amenities include 3 community pools: Bellview Park, Beach Club Pool (located on the Gulf of Mexico), and East Pool. There are tennis/pickle ball courts, full basketball court, children's play area and large green spaces. This is a walking, biking, golf cart community with cafe, exercise club, general store, and Baliage salon and spa. In addition to the manned entrance gate, Carillon also employs licensed security officers who patrol the grounds to ensure the safety of our guests. Carillon Beach is a 'Mayberry USA' beach community where lasting, even generational, memories are created. Also, Carillon Beach is a disability friendly community with a wheelchair lift to the main pool area and a handicapped accessible ramp from the pool to the beach. The upscale shopping and restaurants of Rosemary Beach and 30A are only a 3-minute drive away.

PARKING POLICY: 4 vehicles and 1 golf cart. Maximum of one Vehicle or Golf Cart in the gravel area to be parked in front of a home, in the gravel. NO Golf Cart Charging of a cart that is parked on any gravel area. Charging must take place in the driveway.

GUARD GATE ENTRANCE PROCEDURE AND HOA PARKING POLICY: The Carillon Beach HOA has implemented a QR code entrance procedure for renters at the main entrance. All vehicles must register and pay a $35/vehicle parking fee to enter Carillon Beach. Upon registration, you will receive a QR code that you will use at the entrance scanner.

NOTE: YOU WILL NOT BE CONFIRMED OR COMMITTED UNTIL SPEAKING WITH THE MGR. PERSONALLY TO ASSURE THAT THIS IS THE RIGHT HOME FOR YOU.

This is a family vacation home. WE DO NOT RENT TO VACATIONING GROUPS OF STUDENTS OR SINGLES. Pets considered on request.

Great Week at Guest House

"Our two families loved this vacation home. The kitchen was so nice and fully stocked! We loved using the back porch for grilling and beach prep as well. We had plenty of space for our 4 adults and 5 children, and an easy walk to the park pool and the beach if we did not use our golf cart.

"This home was gorgeous and spotless. It had everything we needed. We spent a lot of time reading and relaxing on the huge, beautiful back porch. The managers were so helpful when I had trouble with the new parking system. I love renting through the Sandels because they are so helpful. I was surprised at how easy it was to get to the beach from this home. The notebook that is kept on the dining table has a list of great restaurants that is right on target. Our favorite restaurant is George's. The four teens and 5-year-old loved renting bikes and riding through Carillon. We also enjoyed the beautiful, uncrowded beach with the comfortable lounge chairs. The kids had fun at all the pools. They also loved the shop and the cafe. I highly recommend this home and Carillon Beach.

Fantastic stay at the Guest House

"Guest house was a beautiful very comfortable home for our family! Karen and Rachel make the renting process very easy. The grandchildren loved the bunk rooms that were right next to their parent's bedroom. Bedrooms were all comfortable with plenty of room and nice bathrooms. The kitchen was well supplied and the ice maker was a plus. We loved this house so much that my husband would not even look at other houses to consider and we booked for next year!

"We absolutely loved our stay in carillon beach! We have never stayed before and were a bit nervous, but it is a true hidden gem. You get the white sandy beaches (walkable) without all the traffic of 30A. The little cafe, pizza shop, and salty bottle wine/coffee were surprisingly perfect if you wanted to stay in neighborhood for the day. We ventured out to seaside and rosemary a few times for variety but always were so happy about where we stayed! The heated community felt super safe and our kids were able to walk to pool, beach, basketball, tennis etc every day! Our beach chair were set up everyday and it’s about a 3 minute walk to the beach. We had our family of 5 there and they had exactly five bikes that worked perfect to get around the neighborhood.

The house has everything you could need, we picked up paper towel and dish soap etc. But, for cooking it’s fully stocked with everything you could need. The one thing I would have liked is a bit more comfy pillows. So if you’re reading this bring some from home. Tons of space and very clean!

Guest House felt like home to us!

"Guest House was the perfect house for our family vacation! There was plenty of room to spread out and the location was very close to Beach Access #1. We loved the queen size bunks, as our grandson is 6’ 4” and twin bunks just don’t work for him.
The house has been well maintained and we had everything we needed. We even had a glimpse of Guest, the huge raccoon.
We would definitely stay in Guest House again!

Two suggestions: the garbage cans need new bungees to hold the lids. Those were broken when we arrived. There are a couple of places along trim inside the house that probably need to be touch up painted. And one of the steps out on the side of the front entrance was broken. I assume you know about this, as there was an orange cone duct taped down on top of it.

"This house is very new, clean, and well appointed. I especially appreciated the ice maker that was independent from the refrigerator. It made filling coolers a breeze. The kids bunk-room was very nice and had plenty of space and ample closet room. Beds were comfortable and the house was well stocked with towels. My only slight dissatisfaction was the fact that the beach chairs for this home are quite far from beach walk over one. It was OK for our group, but anyone with elderly members in their group or infants should know the chairs are not directly near the walkover and it’s a bit of a walk in the sand (carrying all your beach stuff at times is difficult) to the beach chair location, however it would not stop me from renting this house again.

Guest House - Paradise Perfected

"We absolutely LOVED our time at the Guest House. The home is absolutely gorgeous with so much attention to detail. The owners and property managers have thought of everything. The kitchen is a dream; both my husband and brother in-law (who is a professional chef) had all the tools they needed to create fabulous meals for our families. We had plenty of the essential supplies to get us started ( hand soap, dish soap, laundry detergent, paper towels & tp). The beach walkover was just a short walk from the house. There were even board games for us to enjoy. We did have a little trouble with the internet, but the property manager addressed it immediately and we were back up and running within an hour. My sister and I rent properties in Carillon/Pinnacle Port as well as the North GA at mountains at least twice a year for the past fifteen years and this is the nicest and most well appointed home we've stayed in to date. We cannot wait to come back!

"Guest house is a beautiful family home with a great layout. The house is exactly as described. The kitchen is perfect for a family that loves to cook together and is exceptionally well organized and stocked with every gadget, cookware, serving piece you would need. The back porch is quiet and relaxing. The beds are comfortable as are all chairs and couches. If you carry a lot to the beach, a golf cart is necessary.

This is our second time renting a property in Carillon with Sandels by the Sea and will not be our last. Karen Sandel's level of customer service is unmatched. She is responsive and her attention to detail ensures that your trip will be fantastic.

"We LOVED staying in The Guest House! It was a beautiful, spacious, comfortable home with everything we needed. We loved the location as well. We love the quiet community of Carillon. The house was so clean and organized. We enjoyed the grill area and eating outside on the wonderful back porch. We could not have asked for a better place to spend our vacation! "My family of 4 along with our friends family of 6 vacationed at the Guest House June 2022. House was beautiful and comfortable and accommodated 4 adults and 6 total kids more than adequately. We were all impressed by the size, beauty, and location of the home. Rented golf carts to move around with ease. House had washer and dryer so we were able to wash during our stay and wash our clothes before heading home. Rented bikes that the kids loved. Gated community allowed us to enjoy the community without it being overrun with vacationers. Overall a fantastic experience. We will be back.

Upscale home steps away from the beach

"We have been traveling to Carillon for years now. We have rented at least three or four homes directly on the beach and three or four within a few blocks. The Guest House may be our favorite!!The decor and construction of this home is one of the best and has such an upscale yet comfy feel. The outside patio and outdoor kitchen was wonderful to use. The inside living and kitchen area are beautiful and comfortable as well with plenty of seating. The upstairs master bedroom and bathroom are magnificent along with the other three bedrooms and bathrooms. I love the private feel and location of this home. You have a lake view on one side and you can see the sand-dunes in the back. A quick walk around the block leads you to one of the private beach entrances were you have two sets of beach chairs ready and set up for a wonderful day at the beach. We hope to return to this beautiful home in the future.
