This large, 4-bedroom beach house offers privacy to get away from the crowd, or to give kids and adults a little space to "Keep Calm and Carillon".

The 1st floor boasts of a large open floor plan with two seating areas and large screen TV. The dining area and breakfast bar seats up to 12 guests comfortably. The high-end kitchen is fully equipped with granite counter tops. There is a Queen bedroom behind the kitchen area. Just inside the back door entrance there is a bathroom for your convenience. The back deck offers a table and chairs. There is a gas grill and outside shower. The spacious, relaxing front porch is screened in.

Keep Calm and Carillon is steps away from the beach via walk-over #8 and the Carillon Lake Pool. A set of complementary beach chairs (2 chairs) and pads with one umbrella are set up for you daily at walk over #8 (March 1 - Oct 31). Keep Calm and Carillon is located in the sequestered gated community of Carillon Beach on the Gulf of Mexico, which enjoys 3900 feet of uncrowded, white, sugary-sand beaches. Amenities include 3 community pools: Bellview Park, Beach Club Pool (located on the Gulf of Mexico), and East Pool. There are tennis/pickle ball courts, full basketball court, children's play area and large green spaces. This is a walking, biking, golf cart community with cafe, exercise club, general store, and Baliage salon and spa. In addition to the manned entrance gate, Carillon also employs licensed security officers who patrol the grounds to ensure the safety of our guests. Carillon Beach is a 'Mayberry USA' beach community where lasting, even generational, memories are created. Also, Carillon Beach is a disability friendly community with a wheelchair lift to the main pool area and a handicapped accessible ramp from the pool to the beach. The upscale shopping and restaurants of Rosemary Beach and 30A are only a 3-minute drive away.

PARKING POLICY: 4 vehicles and 1 golf cart. Maximum of one Vehicle or Golf Cart in the gravel area to be parked in front of a home, in the gravel. NO Golf Cart Charging of a cart that is parked on any gravel area. Charging must take place in the driveway.

GUARD GATE ENTRANCE PROCEDURE AND HOA PARKING POLICY: The Carillon Beach HOA has implemented a QR code entrance procedure for renters at the main entrance. All vehicles must register and pay a $35/vehicle gate entrance fee to enter Carillon Beach. Upon registration, you will receive a QR code that you will use at the entrance scanner.

NOTE: YOU WILL NOT BE CONFIRMED OR COMMITTED UNTIL SPEAKING WITH THE MGR. PERSONALLY TO ASSURE THAT THIS IS THE RIGHT HOME FOR YOU.

This is a family vacation home. WE DO NOT RENT TO VACATIONING GROUPS OF STUDENTS OR SINGLES. Pets considered on request.

Spacious Family Beach Home Close to Beach Walkover

"We have been renting in Carillon for over 25 years. As our family grew we left Pinnacle Port and searched the new homes being built in Carillon. Love this property and location. Fits so well with our needs and even have a guest bunk upstairs that family who live at PC can come and visit for a night. And, when there is a small issue the host responds right away and takes care of it.

"I have been going to the beach for over 40 years. I have stayed at Gulf Shores all the way down to PCB and every town in between. This was by far the best place I have ever stayed. Its like your in Mayberry on the beach. We are already trying to come up with dates for next year. And as for as the house it had everything we needed plus some. Thanks for sharing your home with us.

Cozy house by the beach.

"This was our 7th year staying in Carillon Beach. We used to love that it was so quiet and affordable during the month of May (off season). This year it was full of construction workers which made the stay very loud. We had a porta john outside our home which many of the construction workers used and left trash outside of it. For the amount of money we had to pay to look out on the porch at a porta john was not pleasant. The home was recently renovated which was nice. However the smoke alarms constantly went off while cooking and in the middle of the night which scared us half to death. Maintenance had to come in and fix a few things that also weren't finished correctly. Again non of this would of bothered us because we figured we would be back next May 2024 and Karen would take care of us. She did offer to buy us a bottle of wine while for the inconveniences but we do not drink alcohol. When trying to book next summer for the homes here the price again went up several hundreds of dollars. Not only was their construction through the community but where the shops were was terrible and was under MAJOR construction... again wouldn't of been a big deal but we were charged again several hundreds of $ more than the previous years to be in a place that wasn't very desirable. We may or may not come back to Carillon Beach... Our kids love it but right now we are just very disappointed with the treatment from Karen. We feel that we have been loyal and faithful customers, took care of the homes we rented as if they were are own only to be treated as just another number. This home is very lovely and you will enjoy staying in it. I know we did the last two years. Just know that a lot of construction and rebuilding is going on.

Great Home for Family Gathering

"My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Keep Calm and Carillon. The open concept kitchen, dining, living and bar areas were perfect for meals and group games. The kitchen is fully stocked with all manner of cooking utensils and silverware. An icemaker in the bar area was an extra special touch. The bedrooms were well appointed and the balcony off the main bedroom is spacious. The fact that you can see sunrise, sunset and the gulf from the the third floor balcony is a plus. As stated in the description, this house is close to both the beach walkover and lakefront community pool. We really appreciated the convenience of one or both depending on what we were in the mood for. Our reunion has grown to three houses in this community and I will definitely be checking availability once the dates for next summer are set.

"This house is great! It's been renovated since the pictures were taken so the kitchen/living area is actually much more open and nicer than the photos! The kitchen is well stocked and the house has several items for your convenience (beach towels, pack n play, high chair, should you need them). The beach walkover is very close as is the pool. Would definitely recommend and stay there again!

"We have stayed in a dozen plus homes in Carillon over a 30 year period. We felt that Keep Calm & Carillon was a great choice. Well appointed from BR to kitchen, well kept inside and out. We pay out the YingYang to stay in Carillon because we love it and this home did not disappoint. My wife and daughters raved about the kitchen and the available cookware. The small pool and beach are so close. I am a little concerned with the increasing number of folks who don't seem to understand or care about music etiquette at the pools and beach. It only takes one idiot and a portable sound system to ruin a day. My wife and I grew up in the area and are probably just educated Rednecks, but when one person/group thinks everyone in a 50yd radius wants to hear their playlist, I cant help but recognize their lack of class and courtesy.

Our annual trip to Carillon!

"We Go to Caroline every year and this is our first time staying at this house. This house is in a great location close to the beach and the pool. Upon entering the front porch looked rough. It really needed some love and that kind of set the stage for the downstairs. The furniture felt well used when you started to really look at it. My biggest complaint was the electric stove and the refrigerator. The stove eyes were not level and it was just aggravating to try and cook and it was small for a large crowd. The fridge door had no shelves so we just had to cram our groceries in. Nothing major just the little things that stand out.

I did not report these issues because I didn’t feel like they were a maintenance issue but rather a standard issue. Like I said It was at the end of the season and everything downstairs just looked tired. Upstairs was clean and well kept. So I didn’t feel the need to bring this up. I would stay here again if I had to but It wouldn’t be my first choice.

Hello Scott, The Owner requested to respond to your review. I am a real estate broker as well as a property manager and I have seen different outcomes when property changes hands. As you will see in the Owner's response, he elected to honor this past years bookings that were already in place and postpone the renovations to his beach home. Having made those phone calls to families who have planned their trip to the beach only to inform them their reservation is canceled is very difficult to say the least. Thank you for taking the time to express your thoughts and observations of Keep Calm and Carillon. "Scott - thank you for your booking and feedback. As the newest owner of this property, I have to agree with many things you point out - both good and ones that need attention. I will say as the new owner, we did have some previous rental commitments we allowed to stay in place once we bought the property. We (a) did not want to ruin anyone’s vacation and (b) you just can’t get much work done during rental season in FL Good - 100 steps from the beach, well stocked for any need, upstairs (floors 2 and 3) clean and well maintained Needs attention - the entire first floor is scheduled for an overall as well as new furniture items before Rental Season 2023. I believe that solves your downstairs “love and kindness”, furniture update, and both the stove (gas being run) and refrigerator will be replaced. As for the front porch, going to have to hold up on another season - it and the back deck will be a first quarter 2024 project."

Perfect For Families

"This was our second time to stay at Keep Calm in Carillon. We love this house! The floor plan is perfect for us. It really does sleep fourteen people(does not include sofas).
We do all of our own cooking. The kitchen is well stocked with everything I needed.
The location cannot be better. One short block and your on the beach.
The house manager is so accommodating and willing to help with anything.
We look forward to staying here again.

"This rental was perfect for our extended family beach vacation. The twin bunks in the hallway gave us additional beds for young cousins. The third floor daybed was perfect for the teen that wanted to sleep later than the rest of the littles. A few minutes from both beach and pool access made this the perfect location. "The house was a perfect fit for 9 of us. (6 adults and 3 teens). Management promptly responded to a problem we had with a toilet .. 2 times. The kitchen is the best equips rental we’ve ever had. Can’t think of anything we did without. The overall interior of house, however,could use a fresh coat of paint on the woodwork as well as the front porch floor. But we understand how difficult it is to keep up with beach rentals. We had a great time, made a ton of incredible memories and would definitely recommend it! We all ‘Kept Calm and Carilloned’ :)

"Our vacation rental experience was wonderful! It was easy to access and the house was very clean. We loved how everything you needed was right thoughtful. A basket for your flip flops, a table with a tray for your sun glasses, keys, etc. There was a perfect place for all our stuff! The house fit us like a glove and we just loved our Thanksgiving week at the beach! This was our second rental at Carillon Beach and just can't imagine going anywhere else.

"'Keep Calm and Carillon' was a great house!
I think my favorite aspect of the house was the screened in porch. Our family had several nights out there, playing games and just being together.
The living room/gathering area had a large amount of comfortable seating. Kitchen was well stocked. Beds were comfortable.

"We stayed with some family friends and the house was perfect for the 8 of us (all adults). The location was very close to the beach walk over and the beach chairs were right there. We loved how the beach was not very busy. We were there at the end of July when other beaches were packed. We used several of the pools and they were all clean and well maintained. The management company was good to work with and very responsive to all our questions. Overall a very relaxing/peaceful vacation and we would return.

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Keep Calm & Carillon beach house! The house is beautiful & clean inside & out, the beds were all comfortable and the proximity to the beach was great too! Thanks to Karen for even coming out the first evening we were there after 10pm to help take care of a minor house issue we weren’t able to fix ourselves. She was so helpful, patient and accommodating. Plus also a big thanks to Kristi w Housekeeping, for her help to even make our checkout day a great experience. I highly recommend this home in the beautiful Carillon Beach neighborhood as your next family beach destination!

"Our family LOVED staying at Keep Calm & Carillon! We had an infant all the way up to my 92-year-old grandmother & everyone in between staying together & it was the perfect house for us all! The kids loved the bunk rooms & the adults were very comfortable in the various other bedrooms. The home is beautifully decorated & very warm & comfortable. Our favorite places were all the porches! We practically lived on the front screen-in porch all week! It was heavenly! The home is a quick & easy walk to the beach or the pool at the end of the street. We loved riding bikes in the neighborhood & felt perfectly comfortable allowing our young girls to ride on their own. The community of Carillon is our favorite because it has the beautiful beach community aspect but without the chaos of PCB or 30-A, yet you are right in the middle of both & can easily run over to either for shopping or dinner! We have stayed in many areas along the Emerald Coast for over 40 years & Carillon is by far our favorite community & Keep Calm & Carillon is one of our favorite houses we’ve every rented! We cannot wait to come back!!

"We really enjoyed staying at this property! It is in a great location -- you can walk to the beach in about 3 minutes! The home is clean and well maintained. The decorations are white with light blues, which are very soothing. We had 4 adults and 3 teens during the stay, and we also invited some guests for dinner several times and to watch a football game. Everyone was very comfortable! The living area is open and has a great area for entertaining. I highly recommend a stay at this property!

"This home easily accommodates many guests! The main gathering area has plenty of seating. The kitchen is small but very well equipped. "The house was very nice, great location. The one issue I had with the house was the master shower had mold in it. For the price we paid, it should have been cleaned better. And the other huge issue I had was that we weren't allowed to have the windows or doors open! I have stayed at beach properties my whole life and I have never in my life heard of that ever before. The property manager walked in our house one night, at first I thought it was someone we knew because she came right in. And then proceeded to tell us that we were not allowed to have any windows or doors open because it would damage the house. First of all the house isn't even right on the beach, secondly, that is the whole reason I come to the beach - for the beautiful breeze! We were extremely disappointed. It is sad because I don't believe we would come back again because of this and how it was handled.

"We had an exceptional time at KEEP CALM & CARILLON. The home was very spacious and allowed privacy while comfortably accommodating our group of seven. The location was perfect and easy access to the beach or one of the pools. It was very relaxing and host managed our reservation in a professional manner. Would rent from Sandels By The Sea LLC again if we choose this same vacation destination.

"This house is in a great location close to the walkover and at the end of the beach. It has plenty of room to get away, and the kitchen is well stocked. The water pressure was powerful even with two showers running! The master bathroom could use new vanities. There isn't anything wrong with the vanities but they are old and only came up to my leg, and I am 5'5" tall. The other bathrooms have the taller ones. They could also use a gas grill. These are petty issues. The property was well maintained. The manager checked with us to make sure we had everything during our stay and was very friendly. We would stay here again without hesitation.

Fun in the Sun

"Our family of 7 enjoyed our stay at Keep Calm and Carillon immensely. The weather cooperated perfectly, but even if it did not there was still fun to be had. We played games on the front porch at night, read on the front porch swing and in the hammock on the upper porch. We feasted on fresh shrimp from the coast that we cooked ourselves. Since the weather was so great we mostly spent time on the beach enjoying the umbrella and chair setup that came with the house rental. We were also able to rent a second set so that we could all enjoy the shade when needed. Check in and check out couldn't have been any easier.
