This is a great family house right on the beach with a private walkway. Beach umbrella and chairs are there for you. You can purchase more if needed. Also there were buggy boards, kids toys and a couple of folding beach chairs there.
The kitchen has everything you could need. Many supplies.
There are two refrigerators at the lower entrance.
The gas grill is easy to use and had gas!
Per family, all beds are comfortable. It is a large house so everyone had their space.
The house was very clean on arrival.
There is a large full bathroom with a great shower as you come in the house off the deck so everyone can shower before you come in the main part of the house.
There is a large screen TV in the main living area.
There is a picnic table on the porch with other chairs so you can enjoy the view.
Bring binoculars! Watching the dolphins and stingrays is so much fun.
The Carriage house was updated since the last time we stayed there. It is awesome.
We had 4 cars, and had room for more but I think the limit is 5. If you have more than 5 cars there is street parking.
There is a pool a few steps away from the home-3 houses away. Also I enjoyed the gym at the Carillon little shopping area. It was an easy walk.
I have never found a house on the beach better than this one. We have been staying at Carillon off and on for many years and we have tried all the 30 A little towns and by far this is our family favorite. As we get older going down steep steps on many of the beaches is not a good idea. The steps here are much less here than other beaches.
