We absolutely loved our stay in carillon beach! We have never stayed before and were a bit nervous, but it is a true hidden gem. You get the white sandy beaches (walkable) without all the traffic of 30A. The little cafe, pizza shop, and salty bottle wine/coffee were surprisingly perfect if you wanted to stay in neighborhood for the day. We ventured out to seaside and rosemary a few times for variety but always were so happy about where we stayed! The heated community felt super safe and our kids were able to walk to pool, beach, basketball, tennis etc every day! Our beach chair were set up everyday and it’s about a 3 minute walk to the beach. We had our family of 5 there and they had exactly five bikes that worked perfect to get around the neighborhood.
The house has everything you could need, we picked up paper towel and dish soap etc. But, for cooking it’s fully stocked with everything you could need. The one thing I would have liked is a bit more comfy pillows. So if you’re reading this bring some from home. Tons of space and very clean!
