The property was excellent for our family including grandchildren. Layout, amenities were as described. The property was clean and very comfortable. The guest house was a nice extra space to have. Great location. We rented a golf cart and drove it to dune Walkover 1 for time at the beach. The two loungers with an umbrella that come with the rental were a plus. It was especially nice to have dishes for young children. The place was nicely decorated. The rental agency provided excellent customer service. The kitchen is well equipped. We utilized the gas grill several times as we ate in most nights. Carillon Beach is a very nice, quiet community. Homes are close together but it was very quiet in the evenings. Everything is very well maintained. We went up to the ice cream place a couple times. Highly recommend this place!!!
