We had a comfortable and memorable stay at Cool Change! First of all, a great location right across the street from beach walkover. The House was very clean and made us all feel comfy and welcome. The beds made me sleep like I was in my bed at home. No complaints from my adult kids either. They brought their children ages 5 and under with them. The kiddos and adults really enjoyed the nice fenced backyard, a convenience that is hard to find. We grilled out twice and the children played games there. Also, the outdoor decks were enjoyed very much! Beach towels were provided and a washer /dryer was available snd used a lot! There was a beautiful full service kitchen with plenty of utensils provided. We cooked quite a bit since we had small children and would be hard to go out and eat every night. We have stayed in this Carillon neighborhood for 12 years. We keep coming back because the neighborhood is so nice and kept very manicured and neat. There is a guardhouse only allowing the residents inside. We have always felt safe there. It’s a great place to ride bikes and their 4 pools are very nice and good sized. Of course , the main feature, the beach , is never crowded and plenty of room to enjoy. It’s always neat and clean and beach chairs were provided and used often. This house was beautiful and is a great location and we’ll be back again soon !!
