Rock lobster and love shack were great for our family. The location is as closed to being on the beach as you can be, without actually being on the beach. The walkover to the beach is right across from the driveway. It can be a little tight if you are filling all the bedrooms. There isn’t a space large enough for everyone to sit together at a meal, but we made it work. The barstools on the balcony were great. Having the small pool was perfect for the kids and so refreshing to have after a long day on the beach. We used the gas grill, and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook every night. Only thing I would improve is a cabinet or shelf to put snacks; there was nowhere besides the countertops and the fridge to put food. Carillon overall is such a great community and we can’t wait to come back!
