Great house & beautiful beaches. But LOTS of construction in CB.

The house was great. Had everything you needed. Comfy beds. I love how walkable the community is and was fun to zip around in a golf cart. The beach is beautiful- white sand and blue waters. Unfortunately- there are a lot of construction projects throughout the community. There seemed to be a bulldozer, dumpster, compressors, big crews on almost every block. (there are a few areas/small neighborhoods that are not impacted). Also- from certain parts of the beach you can hear the construction. Looks like a big contruction project was getting started by Seas the Moments at the end of our trip. They were clearing a plot of land/chainsawing trees. So whenever that project is done- should be quiet enough at Seas the Moments. For a community/HOA that seems to have a lot regulations and rules- it seems surprising that they would allow so many projects at the same time.
