We had a great experience renting with Carillon Beach Rentals. It’s a small family company and they were close by and very attentive and helpful. We had a small issue with the AC and they had someone at the house to fix it 15 minutes later- at 11 at night! The house was also set up much better than any 30A rental we’ve ever had with hand soap dispensers at every sink, plenty of TP and paper towels, trash bags, laundry and dish soap for the week. I would specifically look for our next rental to be one managed by these folks.
