The location and the home were great. The floors needed to be cleaned but not a big deal. The Manager who i talked to was absolutely unfriendly on the phone and made me want to go with a different home. She was not helpful and very unprofessional. I would recommend Carillon homes to anyone as long as she is not the one setting up the stay
