We have vacationed at Carillon Beach since the 90’s and have stayed in many homes there over the years. Parks Place is the best of the best. Probably the most important reason is the management team at Carillon Beach Rentals. They have standards that all homeowners are required to follow. If the homeowner doesn’t perform the maintenance standards, CBR will simply not represent them. As a renter, I’m assured of a quality home that works properly every time. We’ve all experienced the home with issues that aren’t resolved during our stay. That simply doesn’t happen with a CBR home. My experience over the years is when something does happen, CBR has it fixed the same day. Their customer first culture is outstanding. The description you see for Parks Place on the website is exactly what it’s like, actually better. All CBR homes are cleaned exceptionally well, every time. The location of the beach is great, and its view of the lake is relaxing. We’ve already booked our stay next year and highly recommend Parks Place.
