The house easily accommodated three families (6 adults, 4 children) leaving each family with their own space. The kitchen, dining area and den are also large enough for everyone to gather, yet there we never felt crowded. Of course, the access to the Gulf and the view are at the top of our list for overall enjoyment. Easy access to the beach plus a very short walk to one of the pools gives families flexibility for sometimes fickle children. The house also comes with an ample supply of beach towels which makes packing a little easier. Both kitchens (there is a small one in the unit above the garage) are fully equipped. We’ve rented numerous times through Sandels By The Sea and highly recommend Karen Sandels.
